    The Position: Occupational Therapist

     

    Employment Status: Full Time

     

    Hours per two-week pay-period : 70-80

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

    + Maintain timely, accurate documentation

    + Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals

    + Stay up-to-date with continuing education, certifications and best practices

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy institution.

    Certifications and Licenses:

    + MT Occupational Therapy License

    + ND license recommended

    + CPR or BLS

    Position Summary:

    Sidney Health Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our I CARE team in the Rehabilitation setting. Essential duties of the position include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting patient independence).
