Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance employees. The role requires ensuring all repairs are completed promptly and cost-effectively across office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Hire, train, and supervise maintenance employees.
+ Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of repairs.
+ Manage maintenance of office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in maintenance management.
+ Strong supervisory skills.
+ Expertise in maintenance supervision.
+ Knowledge of electrical systems.
+ Understanding of safety protocols.
+ Experience in manufacturing processes.
+ Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-4 years of maintenance supervising experience.
+ Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) preferred.
+ Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.

This role is set in a manufacturing environment, entirely indoors with a flexible shift schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
