Gaming Service Technician
Job Description
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting service calls on a variety of gaming equipment, including slot machines, claw machines, dart boards, and other entertainment devices found in bars and gas stations. This role requires individuals who are skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components.
Responsibilities
+ Perform service calls on gaming equipment such as slot machines, claw machines, and dart boards.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in gaming machines.
+ Drive company trucks to service locations, ensuring a clean driving record.
+ Collaborate occasionally with a team, but primarily work independently.
+ Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components.
+ Experience with tools and technology related to gaming equipment.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience repairing electronics is preferred.
+ Strong customer service skills for onsite interactions.

Work Environment
Work primarily at customer sites, requiring interaction with clients, and occasionally at warehouse locations. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
