    Job Title: Warehouse Operator

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Warehouse Operator responsible for efficient warehouse operation, ensuring smooth production flow and timely shipping processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull and stage materials for production.

    + Final packaging of materials.

    + Operate forklift or side loader to move materials.

    + Operate overhead crane for material handling.

    + Stage materials for outbound shipping.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with general production, material handling, and shipping and receiving.

    + Forklift and truck loader operation skills.

    + Crane operation experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Regular attendance.

    + Basic math and reading skills.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Ability to lift and flexibility to complete warehouse tasks.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a heavy industrial environment with open doors, facing temperature variations. Mandatory dress code includes steel-toed boots, work pants, and shirts suitable for dirty conditions. All necessary PPE like hard hats, safety glasses, and ear protection are provided. Available shifts include 2nd shift from 1PM to 9PM and 3rd shift from 9PM to 5AM, Monday to Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, Delaware.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $21.64/hr.
