Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description
Join our innovative team as a CNC Programmer, where you will be responsible for programming with Cimatron and Powermill offline, utilizing Haas controls on CNC Mills. You will work on value-added machining, enhancing parts through milling holes or material reduction, and support the floor by running first parts and proving out your own programs.
Responsibilities
+ Program new runs with CAD software and run the first part to prove out your own programs.
+ Support the production floor by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programming.
+ Utilize Cimatron and Powermill for offline programming.
+ Operate CNC Mills with Haas controls for machining centers.
+ Perform value-added machining on metal injection molded parts.
+ Engage in milling holes or material reduction processes.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years recent experience in programming new runs with CAD software.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Expertise in CNC programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with EDM work is beneficial.
+ Knowledge of software brand used for offline programming and control brand used at the machine.
+ Familiarity with the brand name of machining centers.

Work Environment

Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. This role involves programming with Cimatron and Powermill offline, working on value-add machining on parts that the plant metal injection molded. The position is for the 1st shift, working Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5:15 PM, with optional overtime opportunities on Fridays.
Responsibilities
Program CNC Mills using Cimatron and Powermill offline.
Use Haas controls on machining centers.
Work on value-add machining, such as milling in holes or material reduction, on parts produced by metal injection molding.
Run the first part and prove out programs.
Support the production floor by troubleshooting and optimizing programs.
Essential Skills
5+ years of recent experience programming new runs with CAD software.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with CNC programming and operating Haas controls.
Proficiency in running the first part and proving out programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in metal injection molding or plastic injection molding is preferred.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
