    Now Hiring: Lead Carpenter/Foreman

    **Pay:** $25-30/hr.

    **Location:** 1.5 hours from Martinsburg, WV.

    **Schedule:** M-F | 7am-3pm

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter/Foreman to supervise, manage, and coordinate construction crews on-site. This role involves interpreting blueprints and project plans to guide construction processes, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to deadlines and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate and lend a helping hand on construction projects.

    + Interpret blueprints and project plans to guide construction processes.

    + Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to deadlines and quality standards.

    + Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements.

    + Manage resources, including materials, tools, and equipment.

    + Enforce on-site safety protocols and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

    + Communicate and collaborate with project managers and superintendents.

    + Train and mentor team members.

    + Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and equipment usage.

    + Address delays, emergencies, or problems that may arise during construction.

    + **Construction Skills:** Carpentry, Hand tool usage, Foundation construction, Concrete work, Framing, New construction

    + **Project Management Skills:** Blueprint reading, Project coordination, Supervision, Managing a crew

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
