    We currently have a career opportunity for an Operations Manager in our Central Washington Yakima location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Direct and manage operations according to Company Policies and Procedures.

    + Handle confidential information in accordance with Company, State, and Federal regulations.

    + Actively represent the company in the local community.

    + Oversee recruiting, training, and staff development.

    + Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new client partnerships.

    + Ensure scheduling requirements are met, including handling last-minute client requests.

    Requirements:

    + Experience supervising a minimum of 25 employees.

    + Sales experience is a plus.

    + An AA degree or higher (relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements).

    + Certification or the ability to obtain certification in Defensive Tactics and Firearms.

    + Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

    + Self-motivated with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.

    + Must meet the physical requirements of the role.

    + Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or security industry within the past 10 years is preferred.

    Compensation: $26-$32hr/DOE

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Valid State Drivers License Automobile Insurance
