Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Control:

+ Receive parts and materials, verify against invoices and packing slips, and organize appropriately.

+ Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

+ Notify management of low or out-of-stock items and restock inventory as needed.

+ Pull, fill, and prepare orders from current inventory based on internal requests.

Shipping & Receiving:

+ Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.

+ Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of parts and materials.

+ Collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays.

Internal Customer Support:

+ Assist internal departments and remote locations with parts requests and order status.

+ Communicate effectively with the Parts Manager and team regarding inventory needs and updates.

+ Follow up on back-ordered items and ensure prompt replenishment of daily inventory.

Warehouse Operations:

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.

+ Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Strong computer skills and the ability to work with inventory systems.

+ Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred.

+ Basic knowledge of parts handling and warehouse safety protocols.

+ Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills, both in-person and via phone.

+ Some experience with cash handling is a plus.

+ Must be available to work weekends as required.

Physical Requirements:

+ Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift.

+ Must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing between 10–50 lbs. occasionally.

+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

+ Must be able to use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with arms, and talk or hear clearly.

+ Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

+ Work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
