• Deposit Operations Account Specialist I

    Job Purpose & Scope

     

    Responsible for providing daily retail support for deposit operation functions. Assist current and future retail staff in performing their responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner according to Bank policy and compliance.

    Essential Job Functions

    + Processes and verifies new and revised account documentation, according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    + Processes and verifies file maintenances.

    + Evaluates processing issues for resolution and/or escalation.

    + Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

    + Follow Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    + Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    + Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

    + Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

    + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

    + Ability to adapt well to change

    + Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions

    + Ability to respond to branch requests and demands professionally and promptly

    + Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures

    + Ability to work extended hours if necessary

    + Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Basic Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent required.

    + Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
