Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Start Date: June 2nd 2025

Pay Range: $25-28/hr

Contract Length: 1 year (opportunity for extension - client has kept consultants for years)

Worksite Location: San Ramon, CA, 94583

Schedule: 9am-1pm Mon-Fri (approximately 20 hours total per week)

Job Description:

+ Answer phones and direct calls

+ Process paperwork

+ Schedule office meetings

+ Manage calendars

+ Schedule travel and appointments

+ Support the Office Manager and a Sr. Wealth Advisor

+ Perform day-to-day office tasks

Company Information: Our client is a Wealth Management firm. The office environment in San Ramon, CA includes a tight-knit team of 5 (4 in-office and one PT remote employee). The company offers long-term contracts with somewhat flexible hours and the ability to grow into other positions at the firm over time. Possibility to earn raises with good performance and year-end Christmas bonus. Ample free parking available at the office.

Additional Requirements:

+ Strong administrative skills

+ Proficient in MS Office

+ Familiar with Windows OS

+ Good phone etiquette

+ Experience with schedule management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
