We are seeking a skilled Data Systems Support Specialist with a strong development mindset to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role requires the ability to think like a developer. The selected candidate will work closely with the development team to support data ingestion processes within our data warehouse. Having a developer-oriented approach will be highly beneficial in ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide systems support for assigned business units and applications.

+ Maintain, monitor, and update application systems to ensure smooth operation.

+ Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

+ Test and implement new software or modifications to existing applications.

+ Develop user training materials for new and existing applications, products, and procedures.

+ Create and update documentation to support policies and procedures.

+ Generate and monitor reports, files, and data analytics.

+ Respond to technical inquiries and provide support to business unit members.

+ Act as a liaison between software vendors and internal teams or between users and corporate departments.

+ Collaborate with the development team to understand tasks and write user stories effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience as an AWS Developer

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business users

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
