Primary Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity to lead, drive, and own key sales and finance operational initiatives across our organization. Own providing daily support of deal desk activity under guidance of the head of revenue operations. Drive monthly reporting processes working across the Edge Impulse and IoT BU leadership teams to ensure that we provide insightful, accurate and timely information. Support our management team and IoTBU by proactively preparing analysis and insight used to make information-based decisions.

This role reports to our head of operations and dotted line to head of revenue operations, and the person will have both great visibility and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our company results.
• Own daily support of Deal Desk operations including:
o Prepare and review Order Forms and other Deal-related documents, including the development and maintenance of reusable standard business templates
o Ensure compliance with Legal, Finance and Operations policies
o Collaborate with all necessary cross-functional stakeholders to identify acceptable positions to facilitate deal closure
o Maintain agreed upon departmental review and approval SLAs
o Effectively manage available cross-functional resources and provide appropriate visibility/escalations to senior management as needed
o Own the close process in CRM, including audit of executed agreements to ensure that they are accurately reflected in the CRM
• Manage, support and evolve Company reporting processes to providing timely and insightful information on the business
• Collaborate across the executive team to align on objectives and deliver insightful, accurate, and meaningful financial information
• Support and own various financial processes and special projects working directly with Qualcomm finance and Edge Impulse leaders
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of at least 4 years working as a financial analyst or sales operational analyst in a tech company
• Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with tracking and reporting key SaaS business metrics a strong plus
• Highly accurate, attention to detail, calm under pressure
• Strong self-starter with consistent collaborative approach with ability to see deliverables through to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Academic Credentials:
Bachelor’s Degree relevant to financial analysis and modeling

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience.

Pay range** **and Other Compensation & Benefits** **:
$104,000.00 - $156,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
