    What You’ll Do 

    Financial Planning & Forecasting** ** 

    + Assist in the preparation of the annual planning processes including development of Global Brand Budget presentation, long range planning, and strategy and supporting financial forecast.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    + Develop ad hoc reporting for resource planning and other decision-making purposes in partnership with the Global Brand team, and the regions.

    + Global Brand Monthly Performance Package, Investor Relations.

    + Review monthly estimate in OneStream. Provide analytics and participate in estimate reviews with the brand’s regional business and finance leadership.

    Strategic Analysis

    + Assist with the review and management of the P&Ls, to be knowledgeable about the brand and provide a strong foundation for FP&A function.

    + Assist with special projects.

    Business Partnership

    + Partner with the business teams to drive the development of financial models, tracking of franchises, category, and channels against KPIs.

    + Work with Corp FP&A, Global Brand Value Chain, global teams, to understand deadlines.

    + Work with regions to understand drivers of business performance.

    + Problem solving collects, integrates, and analyzes data to understand operational issues and thinks beyond short-term issues when choosing solutions to problems.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required.

    + 5 years of experience.

    + Preferred experience in fast moving consumer products industry.

    + Preferred experience in building data visualization in systems such as tableau alteryx.

    + Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve and perform value added FP&A functions.

    + Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

    + Ability to work independently and in groups.

    + Has experience using the following systems, OneStream, SAP and Hyperion.
