Slows Bar BQ is looking for a dedicated Carryout Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Carryout Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the carryout operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to deliver a seamless experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise the carryout team, including training, scheduling, and managing daily operations.

+ Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

+ Maintain a clean and organized carryout area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

+ Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

+ Assist in the development of carryout service standards and best practices.

+ Manage inventory and supplies for the carryout operation, placing orders as needed.

+ Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.

+ Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

+ Assist in promotional activities and events to enhance carryout service visibility.

Requirements

+ Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or food service environment.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

+ Familiarity with POS systems and order management processes.

+ Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or management training is a plus.
