    Accountable for providing a full range of securities products to Private Bank households where needed. Work with a multiple Wealth Management Advisors in varying geographies on Private Bank households to achieve client retention. Conduct solo and joint client calls with WMAs as needed and assist them in efficiently servicing and providing securities solutions that align with client needs, financial goals and objectives. Maintain presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clients.

     

    Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues while ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank’s risk appetite and achieve results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Manages a book of Private Bank clients with securities products in their suite of products

    + Ensure that all assigned trading transactions are executed in a timely and accurate manner, all documentation is maintained to standards and complies with federal and internal compliance regulations and guidelines.

    + Provides administrative functions and account maintenance Partner with PB One Bank partners (WMAs) to retain clients and deepen client relationships

    + Provides licensed securities responsibilities including trading, client reviews, client information, and proactively communicating with clients and members of the team around account management

    + Delivers exceptional client service while achieving service level agreements and working within risk framework; Maintain close contact with clients in collaboration with WMAs

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: none

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    + Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or economics preferred.

    + Brokerage experience in the banking industry.

    + 5+ years of business-related experience.

    + Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 66 and appropriate state licenses.

    + Prior brokerage industry experience (minimum 3 years).

    + Excellent client service within investment industry.

    + Strong knowledge of the securities business, investment products and financial solutions.Proven experience in building strong internal and external client relationships.Strong sales and presentation skills.

    + Must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with the Bank's internal applications is a plus
