    Join CTG in Chicago as a Scanning Operator Specialist! We're seeking a skilled data entry professional to contribute to our scanning operations team.

     

    **Job Title:** Scanning Operator Level 2

    **Location:** Chicago, IL

    **Job Type:** Hourly Consultant

    **Hours:** Monday thru Friday 8am - 4:30 pm

    **Pay:** $21.54 /hr

    Essential Functions:

    + Assist with the day-to-day operations within the Digital Imaging Center, with a focus on digital imaging and related duties

    + Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process

    + Review physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scanning process

    + Prepare a wide variety of document types and conditions for scanning

    + Scan and index images according to customer-specific naming conventions and guidelines provided by RDIC leadership

    + Perform additional post-imaging services as required

    + Operate scanning equipment and software with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

    + Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive documents throughout the imaging process

    + Other duties may be assigned to meet evolving business needs

    + Physical demands: Minimal to moderate physical effort required; includes moving boxes, loading paper, and frequent movement between machines

    + Mental demands: Problem-solving, clear communication, information processing, and attention to detail

    Skills:

    + Strong data entry capabilities with high accuracy and attention to detail

    + Proficient in MS Office and familiar with data entry programs

    + Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation

    + Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently

    + Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on task completion

    + Comfortable working under deadlines and shifting priorities

    + Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data

    + Self-motivated and team-oriented

    + Strong planning, organizing, executing, and problem-solving skills

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service or office operations environment

    + Prior experience in document scanning, data entry, or similar administrative roles is preferred

    Education:

    + Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
