    What You'll be Doing:

    As a Fulfillment Associate - Filing & Document Mgmt., you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipments are handled accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, perform inventory checks, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards and optimizing order fulfillment processes. You will work with our small and friendly team and contribute to our many daily tasks that involve multi-tasking, working independently and collaboratively, utilizing a variety of computer skills, and participating in our team meetings by offering suggestions and ideas to increase team productivity and efficiency.

     

    **Our Location:** 6815 Saukview Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303

    **Hours:** 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (Shift includes an 1/2-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks).

    Key Tasks: 

    + Form strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies

    + Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings

    + Assist internal/external customers and/or vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution

    + Understand, demonstrate, and explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options to customers, team members and/or vendors

    + Assist w/ recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results

    + Employee may need to lift a maximum of 50 pounds (Standard office environment)

    + Being available to help the team during the busy seasons and work overtime

    + Process and manage customer orders.

    + Coordinate shipping and logistics.

    + Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.

    + Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.

    + Maintain operational documents and records.

    + Assist in preparing volume and demand planning analyses.

    + Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness.

    + Identify and report operational inefficiencies.

    + Support the team with administrative tasks.

    + Assist in training new team members on basic tasks.

    You're a Great Fit if You Have:

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, along with excellent data entry skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Collaboration and Training: Skill in working with and supporting team members.

    + Strong multitasking skills and are able to problem solve.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

    + Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

    + Advanced Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in more complex order entry tasks.

    + Inventory Management: Understanding of basic inventory management principles.

    + Vendor Coordination: Ability to communicate effectively with third-party vendors.

    + Documentation and Reporting: Enhanced ability to maintain accurate records.

    Compensation:

    Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $45,100 - $61,700
