    LVN Medical Case Manager – Pre-Authorization Nurse Reviewer

     

    Amergis Healthcare is seeking an experienced LVN Medical Case Manager to support a health insurance agency. This role involves reviewing and approving medical service requests, managing prior authorizations and referrals, and collaborating with providers to ensure efficient care coordination.

    Position Details:

    + Location: Orange, CA (Onsite only)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (40 hours per week)

    + Setting: Health Insurance Agency

    + Pay: $40–$45 per hour (Weekly pay)

    + Duration: 6 months

    Qualifications:

    + Required: 3+ years of nursing experience, 1+ year in utilization management, prior authorization, or clinical nurse review

    + Preferred: LVN degree, Case Management Certification (CCM), bilingual in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Spanish, or Vietnamese

    Licensure:

    + Current unrestricted California LVN license
