ProMedica Physician Cardiology (PPC), a well-established and highly respected cardiology group with over 25 years of serving the region, is currently recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team of experts. PPC offers a full spectrum of cardiac services and is composed of over 35 Cardiologists and over 20 Advanced Practice Providers.

Highlights:

Work with a collaborative and collegial team of professionals; this position will practice in a POD model with 5-6 General Cardiologists and 2-3 APPs.

Primarily outpatient clinic visits; average 16 patients per day 8 hour shift, 20 patients per day 10 hour shift

Flexibility to work 8 or 10 hour shifts based on preference

Opportunity to participate in Toledo Hospital 24/7 call coverage. Weekend call is required, 5-6 per year, but shared and rotated among all APP staff and compensated accordingly.

Large referral area encompassing 27 counties throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

Certificate of Authority to practice.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.

Licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio

Master of Nursing (MSN) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.

Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
