    **Position Overview:** The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our Elluminate platform, ensuring its optimal performance and scalability. This role involves leading our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team and utilizing Qlik as a key tool for data analytics. While the role does not require hands-on technical work, a strong understanding of these tools and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

     

    Hybrid | Boston, MA 3 days/week

     

    Pay rate: $75-$90/hr w2

    Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the platform owner for Elluminate, responsible for its maintenance and expansion.

    + Manage and lead the MSP team to ensure efficient platform operations and support.

    + Utilize knowledge of Qlik as a primary tool for data analytics and visualization.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for platform enhancement and growth.

    + Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in handling clinical trial data.

    + Provide strategic guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

    + Monitor platform performance and implement improvements as needed.

    Experience Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in a program management or similar role, preferably within the **pharmaceutical industry.**

    + Strong understanding of data analytics, with **knowledge of Qlik and Elluminate.**

    + Familiarity with clinical trial data and its applications.

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with the option for remote work for exceptional candidates.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
