    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant Associate to support our dynamic team! In this vital role, you’ll provide key administrative support across multiple departments, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

     

    Key responsibilities in this position will include prioritizing and managing multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining an organized workflow as well as fostering strong internal communication between team members. In this role you may have concentration in one area of task management, however we offer the opportunity to cross-train in situations of absence or scheduled time off.

    Schedule & Location

    + **Work Hours** : Monday-Thursday, 9a-5:30p, Friday 8:30a-5p

    + **Location** : 1330 West 26th Street

    + **Parking** : On-site parking is provided at no cost

    + **Dress Code** : Business casual attire. Blue Jean Fridays are permitted with a small donation to local charity.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.

    + Maintains accounting and budget records, including expense reporting and tracking.

    + Collects, analyzes, and summarizes moderately complex data and research for reports and presentations.

    + Supports office operations through clerical tasks, supply management, and visitor coordination.

    + Draft and edit a variety of communications, including correspondence and presentation content.

    + Interprets and reviews administrative procedures, offering guidance to staff and ensuring workflow efficiency.

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Three years' experience in an administrative support role

    + Ability to perform advanced functions in word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation and database software

    + Ability to use applicable MS Suite products

    + Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and functions **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**

    + Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)

    + Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal

    + Act 33 with renewal

    + Act 34 with renewal

    + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
