    Job Summary

    The Operations Excellence Coordinator provides organizational and project support to ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives across all restaurants. This role enables the Operations Excellence Team to stay on track with evolving priorities by managing documentation, timelines, reports, and coordination across departments. The coordinator plays a vital role in sustaining executional excellence and supporting the deployment of new programs, tools, and standards.

    Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

    + Assist Brand Standards leadership with meeting logistics, documentation, and project coordination.

    + Maintain team deliverables, timelines, and shared resources to support initiative deployment.

    + Track status updates and reports related to field performance and program implementation.

    + Help develop presentation materials, summaries, and communications for field teams and leadership.

    + Maintain organization of standards documentation, SOPs, and tools.

    + Administer multiple task-management software tools, ensuring optimal feature utilization across all users to support team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

    + Support collaboration across teams including operations, product, marketing, and field leadership.

    + Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and team activities.

    + Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions) to drive strategic insights and support high-impact decision-making—proficiency alone would not meet the demands of the role.

    + Provide general support for Brand Standards Coaches and Ops Excellence teams.

    Education, Experience & Certifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

    + Experience in project coordination, business support, or operations.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reporting or task-tracking tools.

    Functional Skills

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

    + Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

    + Applied advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions) to drive strategic insights and support high-impact decision-making—proficiency alone would not meet the demands of the role.

    + Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that changes frequently.
