Join our dedicated team at LRI Hidden Valley Landfill, a Waste Connections company, in Puyallup, WA! We are seeking a safety-oriented Overnight Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operations across the landfill while monitoring the leachate treatment plant.

If you have experience in overnight shifts, ideally in a security role, and thrive when working independently, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

**Pay:** $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Schedule:** 4 on, 4 off (typically 7:30 PM - 8:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee operations at the landfill and leachate treatment plant during overnight hours.

• Provide site security and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Perform routine checks and inspections of the facility and equipment.

• Handle occasional heavy lifting tasks (up to 75 pounds).

• Drive the company pickup truck to perform site inspections as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a general labor or security role, particularly overnight shifts.

• A valid driver’s license is required; a clean driving record is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and stay alert during extended periods of solitude.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to report issues clearly.
