ENDOCRINOLOGIST
Job Description:
Examine, treat, and diagnose patients with medical conditions associated with diseases involving the endocrine system. Consult with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment and recommend and order tests to determine the extent of the illness or help diagnose the condition. Provide call coverage on evenings and weekends consistent with other employed physicians providing Endocrinology services.
Job Requirements:
1. Doctor of Medicine degree (M.D.) or its foreign equivalent.
2. Completion of a three (3) year residency program in Internal Medicine.
3. Completion of a two (2) year fellowship program in Endocrinology and Metabolism.
4. Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
5. Current and valid Physician License from the state of Indiana.
6. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
