Job Description

Job Summary:

10+ years experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate Guidewire software development projects for a major P&C client.

This person will act as the key liaison between client stakeholders, onsite Capgemini team, Capgemini offshore development team and other Capgemini internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The candidate should have experience in managing programs over $20 M value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor Guidewire development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

• Coordinate with offshore development teams in India and onshore clients/stakeholders across different time zones to align project goals and expectations.

• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

• Track project progress using Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies, and provide regular status updates to clients and internal leadership.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams (developers, QA, Data) and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure quality standards are met through rigorous testing and review processes.

• Manage and optimize resource allocation and manage team workloads to maximize productivity.

• Maintain documentation, including project plans, requirements, and deliverables, for transparency and future reference.

• Manage Capgemini requirements around e-Monitoring, forecasting, invoicing, and any other operational project asks

• Drive AI and Automation within project

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software program management, with at least 5 years in an onshore or global delivery model.

• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with international clients.

• Experience managing teams of 75+ developers and collaborating with cross-functional units.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $140000 - $155000/ yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
