Delaware North is hiring a full-time Reservation Agent to join our Reservation Center team in Amherst, New York . As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from future guests who wish to make reservations at hotels and resorts around the country. What will you do?

+ Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service

+ Use all available resources to answer questions

+ Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services

+ Communicate with hotel and resort front desk staff

+ Collaborate with managers to assist customers and reach sales goals

More about you

+ Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Customer-focused with a love for helping others

+ Maintain a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

+ Comfortable using computers with strong typing skills and the ability to multi-task

+ Able to use call center software and tools

+ Experience working in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred
