Providence Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem and full-time Psychotherapist to be part of its integrated behavioral health team in Everett, Washington. This is a role where there is flexibility between our Partial Hospitalization Program and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. Join a highly supportive and mission-driven team providing highly impactful behavioral health services to patients throughout Snohomish County. The Psychotherapist primary functions within the Patient-Centered Medical Home are providing brief, evidence-based interventions to patients. * Day shifts, both weekday and weekend options; request at least 2 shifts a month or 24 in a year

* No call, no caseload

* Full-time opportunities available as well

* 1 to 2 years’ experience in a mental health setting, preferred

* Must be licensed to practice independently as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington

* Integrated electronic health record

* Addiction and chemical dependency a plus

* Clinical experience with broad and diverse population base

* Compensation is $68 per hour

* The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
