In this role, you'll use your keen eye for trends and your personable nature to help customers discover their unique style while fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere. A day in the life…

+ Engage with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture, creating and building lasting relationships with customers.

+ Flexible schedules allow you to enjoy the island lifestyle, whether it’s surfing at sunrise or attending a local festival in the evening.

+ Showcase your creativity and achieve sales goals through styling outfits, curating content on digital platforms and effectively using selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)

+ Be a part of a supportive team that celebrates pilina (connections) with one another

+ Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning

+ Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts

+ This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into

Pay Range Details
