A Typical Day
The Senior Reporting Analytics Analyst provides reporting and analytical support for operations employees who execute transactions and operations managers responsible for the performance of their respective teams. As the Senior Analyst , your responsibilities include developing and tracking of key statistical information and performance metrics, preparing various reporting views, gathering requirements for new reporting, organizing and presenting data to multiple levels of management.
The Senior Reporting Analytics Analyst will :
+ Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views to support business reporting needs.
+ Build and manage Snowflake Tasks for data orchestration and automation.
+ Utilize SQL to query various databases for responses to ad-hoc data requests
+ Research data tables to gather relevant data for new reports
+ Provide analytical support to Operations employees, Operations Managers, and Senior analysts/Mgr of the Data Management team
+ Design and develop new reports as needed by Operations teams and PNMAC upper management
+ Transfer and standardize data using Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
+ Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system updates, data migrations, and database/schema changes
+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned
+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
+ Experience with Snowflake development and Strong proficiency in Snowflake SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and dynamic SQL.
+ Excellent skills in use of SQL to gather data from a variety of sources
+ Highly proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
+ Experience in meeting and presenting to Senior Management

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
