PLEASE NOTE: This position is only open to current UW Medicine IT Services employees.** **WORK SCHEDULE
+ 100% FTE – 40 hours per week
+ Day Shift – UW MEDICINE ITS SERVICES CORE HOURS ARE 07:00 – 16:00 (PST), Monday-Friday
+ Required participation in team on call schedule **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION** **UW Medicine IT Services (ITS)** is a shared services organization that supports all of UW Medicine. UW Medicine is comprised of Harborview Medical Center (HMC), UW Medical Center-Montlake Campus (UWMC-Montlake), UW Medical Center-Northwest Campus (UWMC-NW), Valley Medical Center (VMC), UW Medicine Primary Care (UWMPC), UW Physicians (UWP), UW School of Medicine (SOM), and Airlift Northwest (ALNW). ITS is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications which support all these institutions, along with the implementation of new services and applications that are used to support and further the UW Medicine mission.

+ Two retirement plans to choose from **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Activating, maintaining, validating, and deactivating secure and compliant enterprise end user accounts
+ Maintaining more complex, tier 2 enterprise end user and clinical contact information data integrity
+ Consulting with end users and departments to analyze, troubleshoot, and support more complex, tier 2 issues regarding centralized repository data, access levels, and account and data lifecycle
+ Designing and documenting more complex enterprise user accounts and clinical contact information workflow to maintain and improve data quality and efficiencies
+ Coordinating with enterprise stakeholders to develop, integrate, and adopt process and process changes related to identity, access, and contact information
+ Conducting training and providing subject matter and super user expertise regarding the provisioning of user accounts and clinical contact data validity
+ Leading team projects, initiatives, and tier 2 troubleshooting exercises
+ Learning and supporting additional IAM systems, including SailPoint and other insurance systems **REQUIREMENTS**
+ Three years of experience in programming and/or computer support services of a technical nature OR one year of experience as Computer Support Analyst I OR equivalent education/experience
+ Demonstrated experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems with data quality and data analysis
+ Demonstrated experience independently guiding end users to identify, understand, and resolve complex account issues
+ Demonstrated experience utilizing tools to provision applications
+ Demonstrated experience operating additional IAM systems, such as Okta, SailPoint, and other identity services for stakeholder (e.g. ERC, Research IT, ERHI, etc.) **CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
+ **This classification is in a bargaining unit.**
+ **Participation in on-call rotation is required.**
+ The individual in this position is expected to work normal daytime hours. The work may be performed in either an office environment or by telecommuting with manager approval, during normal business hours; however, this position provides services 24x7x365 and there is a pager rotation. Significant off-hours and weekends may be needed to resolve problems and respond to emergencies. This individual is expected to be available for emergencies (business continuity/disaster recovery efforts) on a 24x7 basis as needed.
+ Must coordinate projects without direct supervisory authority.
+ Must work within the constraints of multiple technical environments.
