The role you’ll contribute:

The Timeshare Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients arriving at the Lenexa Multi-specialty Clinic, handling check-in and receptionist duties. This position is solely responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the office, where space is leased by several independent physician groups. The Coordinator acts as a liaison between providers and AdventHealth departments. This position is responsible for monitoring agreements to ensure physician groups are operating within necessary parameters. The ability to work within multiple EMRs is also important. The Coordinator handles cash, check, and debit cards while accepting copays for providers. The Coordinator orders all clinic supplies and is the main point of contact for the clinic. Quarterly audits also need to be conducted to ensure compliance. The Coordinator is to work directly with Legal Team/Campus Administrator to schedule these audits regularly. With it being a timeshare space (and highly regulated), the Coordinator is responsible for closely monitoring the space in between audits. In addition to the coordination of office operations, this position supports various campus tasks including service issues and signage requests. Creates an exceptional customer experience by continuously demonstrating the AdventHealth Service standards. Ensures all activities related to the Lenexa Multi-specialty Clinic are operating smoothly, while also supporting campus tasks.

+ Acts as liaison between patients, campus, physicians, programs and other services.

+ Creates policy/procedure manual for all timeshare clinics.

+ Accepts cash payment from medical patients.

+ Orders supplies as needed.
