Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring for a **Retail Manager 3** for **Lahey Hospital** in **Burlington, MA** . In this role you will lead a team of hourly associates and work Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to handle weekend rotational coverage as needed. The Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, formerly known as the Lahey Clinic, is a physician-led nonprofit teaching hospital of UMass Chan Medical School.
What You'll Do
+ have oversight of day-to-day operations for all food retail areas
+ deliver high quality food service while engaging with customers
+ be a hands-on leader and a team player
+ provide excellent customer service – leading a team while maintaining a clean, safe environment;
+ lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes
+ train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and operation standards

+ food management experience with a focus on front of the house retail operations
+ has strong understanding of POS systems, cash handling management and computer software
+ can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years
MinimumFunctional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
