Major/Essential Functions:
+ Adheres to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures, and processes
+ Personally demonstrates, displays, and acts in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values
+ Actively promotes and encourages staff across the institution
+ Assists Office for Outreach & Community Engagement Vice President with site visits to community faculty and potential community faculty healthcare provider prospects and potential affiliated facilities on behalf of all TTUHSCEP educational programs
+ Manages ongoing needs assessments for community and adjunct faculty needs in order to support TTUHSCEP post-doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate educational programs. Serves as liaison for identification of prospective community and adjunct faculty providers
+ Manages ongoing assessments for identification, recruitment, development, and retention of potential community faculty healthcare providers to support community based educational programs of TTUHSCEP; maintains ongoing communications on status of assignments and renewals
+ Develops, manages, and maintains Office for Outreach & Community Engagement database for community faculty healthcare provider prospects, assessment, and evaluation purposes including required key elements; Works closely with Office for Outreach & Community Engagement (OOCE) personnel and TTUHSCEP educational departments to ensure periodic update of required data. Provides reports upon requests and for institutional annual reporting purposes.
+ Works with TTUHSCEP leadership to identify and promote incentives for both community faculty preceptors and potential community healthcare providers to increase retention
+ Establishes and manages a system of continuous/ongoing communications with potential community faculty healthcare providers and facilities to establish and maintain continuity of service contributions to TTUHSCEP educational programs identifies teaching interests, scheduling availability, program-specific orientation, etc.
+ Develops and maintains potential community faculty healthcare provider marketing material packets and promotional items comprised of TTUHSCEP school and/or department specific information related to serving as a non-faculty community healthcare provider. Works closely with TTUHSCEP school and departments to ensure marketing materials are in line with educational program needs and specific department requirements
+ Initiates community faculty appointment requests on behalf of TTUHSCEP Schools
+ Manages continuous/ongoing communications with TTUHSCEP educational program clerkship, residency, and course directors on behalf of OOCE to identify barriers/resolutions with retention of community faculty preceptors.
+ Works with TTUHSCEP Faculty Development and CME to identify professional development and continuing medical education opportunities for community faculty and non-faculty community healthcare providers supporting TTUHSCEP educational programs.
+ Develops and facilitates recognition activities for non-salaried faculty community healthcare providers supporting TTUHSCEP educational programs; Facilitates nomination process for identification of annual award recipients
+ Manages and participates in TTUHSCEP recognition activities for community faculty supporting TTUHSCEP educational programs on behalf of OOCE.
+ Works with and collaborates with Student Affairs and Graduate Medical Education in identification and development of affiliation agreements with external entities to support TTUHSCEP educational programs.
+ Completes fiscal, budget, purchasing, inventory, and administrative functions/transactions as needed to support Office for Outreach and Community Engagement community faculty recruitment and overall OOCE operations
+ Supports the Office for Outreach and Community Engagement Vice President in absence of key personnel as needed
+ Performs other duties as assigned in support of OOCE

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Masters degree in healthcare administration or related field; proficient in database management
+ Excellent marketing and communication skillset; experience with institutions of higher learning and community outreach
+ Ability to compose clean and concise business correspondence, reports, policies, and procedures. Bachelor's degree plus three years supervisory experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong computer and database experience
+ Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels of personnel and general public
+ Strong customer service capabilities

Pay Statement:
