    CHMC – ICU-Graduate Nurse – Full Time Temporary- Various shifts 7p-7:30a/7a-7:30p-Requisition 8044

    *Training will be on your preferred shift. Once licensed, you are able to apply to open positions. However, most positions available at this time are overnight*

    A Graduate Nurse in the Critical Care Unit delivers evidenced based care to patients requiring close observation to achieve optimal outcomes. An ICU nurse is primarily responsible for applying their nursing specialties to assess, recognize complications, and implement nursing care. Successful critical care nurses excel at interpersonal communication, leadership, strategic planning, critical thinking, teamwork, and decision making.

     

    Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing. Submittal of application for Licensure and Limited Permit. Paid required fees. Valid New York State RN License within one year of receiving limited permit. BLS certification LPN/EMS experience preferred and/or known desire to start and commit to Critical Care Nursing.

    Requirements: Bending, Standing, Walking, Lifting
