The Director of Wealth Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team in managing and optimizing the operations of the wealth management division. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the alignment of operational activities with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

+ Assist the management in the execution and implementation of strategic plans for the wealth division.

+ Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to the executive team.

Operational Management:

+ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

+ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

+ Oversee day-to-to monitoring and exception processing for appropriate control and governance.

+ Managing standard reporting and metrics to support the wealth division governance committees, performance, and driving outcomes.

Project Management:

+ Lead and manage key projects within the wealth division, ensuring timely and successful completion.

+ Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with overall business objectives.

+ Ensure adherence with sound change management and technology change management standards.

+ Be lead coordinator with core vendor platform for an effective partnership and digital strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement:

+ Serve as a liaison between the Head of Wealth, Senior Director Operations, Management Team , and other stakeholders.

+ Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve common goals.

Performance Monitoring:

+ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the division's performance.

+ Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

+ Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the wealth operations division.

+ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Compliance and Risk Management:

+ Ensure all operating procedures and controls adhere with regulatory requirements, SOX requirements and company policies.

+ Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's interests.

Qualifications:

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

+ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.

+ Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on operational excellence.

Skills:

+ Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

+ Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
