Description of the role: The Body Shop Receptionist at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, IL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment.   Responsibilities: * Greet customers and visitors entering the body shop. * Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for customers. * Handle incoming and outgoing paperwork related to vehicle repairs. * Handle billing and invoicing processes. * Provide general administrative support to the body shop team.   Requirements: * Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office and Excel * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. * Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus. * CDk Experience is a plus   Benefits: We offer competitive compensation ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
