This real-time scheduling & smart routing app ensures a consistent and reliable experience that meets the needs of our client, our client's customer (the property owner), as well as our #TeamGreen SEEKer.

We launched our business in 2012 as Ladder Now, initially with a focused service offering; we have evolved into much more. We have expanded well beyond that initial service offering and continue to successfully meet the needs of our insurance clients. In early 2020, we acquired HouseLens, a visual marketing services platform for the real estate industry located in Nashville, Tennessee. The company offers professional photo, video, drone, and Zillow 3D tour creation. HouseLens has been serving realtors since 2008 and is now available in 32 metropolitan markets and growing.

Our new brand, Seek Now, better represents the range of services we offer today as well as our aspirations to further expand our capabilities within insurance, real estate and beyond.

Position Summary:

Seek Now is searching for an Insurance Estimating Team Lead responsible for overseeing a team of estimators who prepare, and review estimates based on our inspector's reports. This role ensures consistent, accurate, and timely estimate development in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards to provide the highest quality product to our customers. The Estimating Team Lead is also responsible for assisting the Supervising Adjuster with daily tasks and assignments.

Hours expected are 12 – 8 Tuesday through Saturday

Essential Functions and Duties:

+ Lead, coach, and manage a team of estimators.

+ Review and approve estimates to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to estimating best practices.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert on Xactimate and provide ongoing training and support to team members.

+ Ensure timely and efficient completion of estimates to support the claims lifecycle and customer service goals.

+ Be readily available to the estimators on your team to field questions and assist with additional training opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Proficient in Xactimate.

+ Strong knowledge of repair methods and construction practices.

+ Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

+ Experience with remote workforce tools and virtual collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Current adjuster license

+ Prior experience with estimating.

+ Prior leadership experience
