    Overview

     

    How You’ll Make an Impact

     

    Epsilon is seeking a Campus Senior Recruiter to aid the Campus hiring across multiple practices which include Technology, Auto, Revenue, Digital and Analytics. This individual will play a key role in full life cycle campus recruiting efforts across the U.S. This position will support both full-time and intern recruiting efforts for a specific territory and will manage relationships with key stakeholders in the organization to support campus hiring efforts.

     

    As a Campus Senior Recruiter, you will manage the entire campus recruiting process from start to finish which includes event planning, candidate sourcing and onsite interview logistics; establish interview dates, solicits interviewers, prepares interview materials. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

    What You’ll Achieve

    + **Impact** : You will serve as primary point-of-contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Which consists of the following:

    + Conducting initial phone screening

    + Communicating candidate statuses

    + Answering questions

    + Extends offers

    + Schedules start dates

    + Keep warm follow up-efforts post hire

    + You will partner closely with TA Coordinator to determine campus event & university strategy to build & enhance our brand on campus.

    + Role requires 20% - 30% travel during peak campus hiring seasons.

    + Assist with special projects as needed

    + Partnering with Learning & Development to streamline communications, onboarding and continuous development of hires during their time in the program.

    + **Career Growth** : You will play a key role in developing recruiting strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders in the business to build the campus program.

    + Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Ability to build relationships with hiring leaders that are geographically dispersed and work with cross-functional teams

    + The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    + Resolving a wide range of matters in creative ways

    + Prior experience in Campus Recruiting
