Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, A division of IES, is looking for Full-Time Dispatchers.

All Shift Available

Previous experience not required but a plus! New Construction and Residential Dispatch positions available!

If you are detail oriented, work well under pressure, and excel in assignments where critical thinking and communication are the highest priority, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

+ Use phone and Service Titan software to send technicians, or another field unit, to appropriate locations.

+ Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.

+ Provide technicians with information about jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.

+ Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.

+ Prioritize service calls according to urgency and importance.

+ Communicate with customers on a regular basis providing updates to their scheduled appointments.

+ Show care and compassion for customers.

+ Maintain the highest level of customer service.

+ Effective communication with all other dispatchers and persons in the office.

+ Ability to work as a team.

+ Ability to work in a very fast paced, high pressure environment.

Requirements

+  Excellent communication skills, including active listening and teamwork.

+  Service-oriented and able to resolve grievances.

+  Previous dispatching experience is a plus.

+  Proficient computer skills and attention to detail

+  Must be able to work in the evenings.

+  SupplyPro/BuildPro experience a plus

+  Service Titan experience a plus

+  Excellent communication skills, including active listening and teamwork
