    Position Summary

    Zurn - in Caddo Mills, TX, is looking for an experienced Welder to join our team. We're looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment. We're looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment

    Responsibilities

    + Weld, fabricate and finish projects according to customer specifications.

    + Interpret and read engineering drawings, blue prints, and shop orders to trim, weld and assemble products

    + Operate welding and fabricating equipment including but not limited to TIG MIG, Plasma, Electric and Acetylene welding technologies while affixing metal material.

    + Cut and journal rods, knock down chain, perform set-up and operate various metal working pieces of equipment such as drills, drill presses, shears, brakes, saws, Yoder, etc.

    + Move materials and assemble components.

    + Check all work for Quality

    + Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job.

    Experience and Skill Required

     

    + Minimum 5 years of welding experience
