    Benefits we offer:

    + $19.00 an hour base rate with annual increases

    + $21-$27 an hour Bonus Rate for weekend shifts and fill-in shifts (Bonus Rates are for weekend shifts and last-minute fill-ins).

    + $22.00-$24.00 an hour for couple care shifts, with bonus rate on weekends up to $30/hour

    Your Role:

    As a Care Specialist, you will provide caregiving services to seniors to help them stay in their own homes or assist them in a senior living facility, such as a nursing home. This could include tasks such as:

     

    + Meal Preparation

    + Light Housekeeping

    + Companionship

    + Transportation to and from Appointments

    + Shopping

    + Assistance with Male and Female Personal Care.

    + Protective Oversight

    We have numerous shift options available to fit your schedule:

    + Days

    + Overnights

    + Weekends

    + Full Time

    + Part Time

     

    We conduct thoughtful care matching and discuss your shift options with you to ensure that you and your client are a perfect match!

    Requirements:

    * Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable personal transportation

    * Background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, Colorado Adult Protective Services check, and Drug screening

    * Authorized to work in the U.S.
