    Visiting Angels of Lynchburg is looking to hire a part-time or full-time CNA or PCA Caregiver to provide in-home services to our clients. We are looking for those who have a passion for caring for others in a one-on-one environment. Our goal is to enhance the lives of aging adults throughout our community by brightening their lives while assisting them in their everyday needs.     Caregiver Responsibilities:

    + Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors in their homes

    + Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing and dressing

    + Help with household errands and provide transportation to and from appointments

    + Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders throughout the day

    Requirements:

    + Must have a valid 40 hour PCA certificate or a CNA certificate

    + Must be at least 18 years of age or older

    + Two satisfactory professional references

    + Must have driver's license, personal vehicle, and car insurance

    + Must be willing to travel to clients in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas (up to 1 hour drive time)

    + Available 30 hours + per week preferred plus weekends

    + Dementia Experience Preferred

    + Hoyer Lift Experience Preferred
