Lenz Company offers a full range of engineering services for private and public buildings and facilities. Our high-profile projects span the nation, with the heaviest concentration in the Northeast.

    Day to Day Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for design of electrical systems for MEP projects, including low-medium voltage, power systems, lighting systems, telecom and security systems

    + Set up CAD drawings and Revit models, diagrams and layouts.

    + Perform fundamental drafting techniques and coordinate with various engineering disciplines.

    + Collaborate with engineering team members in cross-functional setting to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations.

    Qualifications:

    + Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative environment.

    + Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.‎

    + Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.‎

    + Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.‎

    Requirements:

    + Associates or Technical Degree in Engineering Technology, CADD or applicable field of ‎study.‎

    + 0-2 years of previous experience in building system design; electrical/power systems experience is highly preferred.‎

    + Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3D modeling and MS Office software applications is required.‎

    + Must have the ability to work occassional overtime.

    + Some travel to project sites may be required.
