    Reiter Dairy has immediate job opening for a **Custodian.** Reiter Dairy is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers.     + Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition office or similar buildings and all required areas within the facility.

    + Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, restrooms, employee common areas and office space.

    + Empties trash and garbage containers.

    + Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

    Requirements

    + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

    + Experience preferred but not required.

    + Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

    + Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary.

    + Must be able to work in a wet environment.

    + May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.

    + May have exposure to nut allergens.

    + Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

    + Be able to effectively work in a team environment.

    + Be able to legibly write entries for record keeping.

    + Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

    + Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug and background checks (including criminal).
