At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, we’re committed to delivering top-tier service and innovative breakroom solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivatedCustomer Service Manager (CSM)to drive retention, client satisfaction, and organic sales growth in a designated region.

What You’ll Do:

+ Build strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive communication

+ Educate customers on our full range of products and services to increase retention and upsell opportunities

+ Partner with sales and management to meet division goals for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction

+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure brand consistency and quality standards

+ Identify and resolve customer concerns, including loss prevention issues, in coordination with leadership

+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities

+ Represent the company with professionalism and align behavior with our core values

+ Travel as needed to visit client sites, attend meetings, and support regional operations

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

+ 2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays

Requirements:

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.

+ Must be able to consent to a drug screen.

+ Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.

+ Ability to work in all weather conditions (ex. heat, cold, rain, and/or snow)
