    Job Responsibilities:

    + Perform visual inspections, at various magnifications, utilizing magnifiers, microscopes, etc.

    + Assure applicable inspection equipment is in calibration before use.

    + Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of inspection stations.

    + Report inspection results clearly and accurately.

    + Identify and segregate and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.

    + Comply with stamp control procedures.

    + Assure lot and sample traceability.

    + Read new and revised specifications when mandated.

    Job Experience, Education, and Requirements:

    + Previous experience in manufacturing process.

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Sitting for 5-7 hours a day.

    + Walking, pushing, carrying or lifting up to max. 50 lbs occasionally.

    + Standing generally.

    + Cannot have any visual color deficiency.
