    Job Summary

    Novant Health is seeking a full-time Performance Specialist to work in the Greater Charlotte Region.

    As a Performance Specialist at Novant Health Sports Rehab clinic, you will:

    + Coordinate, supervise, and implement wellness, performance, and bridge rehabilitation programs.

    + This role requires a strong background in strength and conditioning or sports performance.

    + Deliver exceptional patient experiences.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field; required. Master's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation, or a related field; preferred.

    + Experience: Minimum of two years of training experience in a sports or performance-based setting, preferred.

    + Licensure/Certification:

    + Industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM; BLS required.

    + Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing.

    + Additional Skills Preferred:

    + Experience in sports performance or collegiate/professional sports settings.

    + Excellent presentation skills in group settings.

    + Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

    + Social media experience and knowledge.
