    Young Joni is the critically-acclaimed restaurant from the people that brought you Pizzeria Lola and Hello Pizza. We are looking for a talented line cook to join our amazing team. Young Joni has a large, vibrant, full-service dining room and bar as well as a cozy space featuring custom cocktails and craveable bites. The menu focuses on artisan pizzas and other shareable plates that are all cooked by wood-fired ovens and a wood-burning grill.

    What we are looking for:

    + Experience in a high volume, scratch kitchen for 2 or more years

    + Excellent knife skills

    + Experience cooking on a wood-fired grill station or wood-fired pizza oven is preferred

    + An energetic team player

    + Ability to remain calm under pressure & maintain consistency and superior quality in a high-volume environment

    + People that are collaborative, patient, flexible, and open to new possibilities

    + Night and weekend availability
