    Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for supporting teams and ensuring smooth operations? We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

     

    **Position:** Administrative Assistant

    **Schedule:** Varies seasonally — full-time (40 hrs/week) during tax season, reduced schedule (approx. 20–30 hrs/week) in the off-season

    **Estimated Average Hours:** 30 hours/week annually

    **Rate:** $22.00/hour

    **Estimated Annual Salary:** ~$35,000 (based on average 30 hrs/week)

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our office and contribute to our team’s ongoing success. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client and team interactions

    + Coordinating logistics for meetings and events

    + Assisting with tax return processing and document management

    + Managing a multi-line phone system and ensuring timely communication

    + Providing excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone

    + Supporting a paperless office by scanning and organizing digital documents

    + Helping with social media and newsletter updates

    + Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    Education & Experience

     

    + High school diploma or GED

    + At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role

     

    Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

    + Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

    + Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    + Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly

    + A team player with a proactive, flexible attitude
