_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $28.50 / hour. Responsibilities:

+ Work Week Hours: M-F, 5am-1:30pm

+ Perform light electrical, light plumbing, patching and spackling of drywall

+ Repair and/or install new commercial doors and hardware

+ Complete some minor carpentry and construction as well as hardware install

+ Follow safety protocols

+ Handle repairs and improvements for tenants or common area amenities

+ Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may include light bulb changes, minor plumbing repairs, roof leaks, etc

+ Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with tenants, co-workers and the general public, at all times, on or off the property.

Qualifications:

+ Must have valid WA State drivers license to be able to move from building to building

+ Must have 1 year or more of building maintenance experience

+ Recent construction/commercial building maintenance experience

+ Have tools of the trade and ability to bring them to jobsite

+ Work references that speak to your maintenance experience
